Joy in the Ordinary
When we awaken to God’s presence, we begin to notice joy in the seemingly small things. Ordinary moments become extraordinary when we see them through the lens of gratitude.
Jesus Himself often pointed to simple things—birds in the sky, lilies in the field, bread on the table—as signs of God’s care. If He found God’s love in everyday life, so can we.
Joy as a Choice
Joy isn’t always a feeling; sometimes it’s a decision. Even in seasons of heaviness, we can choose to look for glimpses of light. This doesn’t mean ignoring pain—it means believing that God’s goodness still breaks through, even in small ways.
